RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Shelly was amazing throughout the design and always responsive. Derek and the crew were great and Brandon was awesome through pool school. Highly recommend!
RecommendedWe had a fantastic experience working with the entire team at Premier Pools from start to finish. Building a pool is a significant investment, and they made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From our very first meeting with Kenn, we felt like we were in great hands. He took the time to understand what we wanted, helped us determine the setup that would work best for our family, and played a huge role in designing the backyard oasis we had envisioned. He was incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented th... read more

RecommendedWe were so happy when we were able to have a fiberglass pool in our small yard. Shelly, our sales person was amazing and answered hundreds of questions patiently and professionally. The company provided great communication through the whole process. We now have a beautiful oasis to create lasting memories!
RecommendedFrom Shelly, to Mike, to Derek, and all the crew that showed-up (sometimes in inclimate weather) to getter-done and to getter done right - they were all great!! Shelly was great at navigating us through pool to selection (style/size) base on yard layout and associated suggested some landscaping ideas based on the layout of our yard. Mike kept me updated through all phases of the project and made it clear the important things to be aware of as the project unfolds. Mike did warn of things that "could" happen just so as the cus... read more
RecommendedPremier Pools exceeded all our expectations. Shelly was wonderful to work with and really listened when created the plan for the pool. Derek was also wonderful to work with and very responsive throughout the actual dig and install. The crew on site were also fabulous and very kind with all the kids watching. Our pool turned out amazing! It's our best purchase!
RecommendedWould absolutely recommend to any of my friends and family. Derek and his team walked us through all of our options to help us find a hot tub that would fit our families needs. He was patient and took his time explaining everything from the nuances of the equipment to the maintenance we never felt rushed or like we were just a number. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions and then some. We will definitely be using them again, and we recommend them to anybody who asks!

RecommendedWe had our pool installed by Premier Pools about a month ago and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service, communication, and professionalism throughout the whole process were top-notch. Everything was clearly explained, and they made the installation smooth and stress-free. The “pool school” they offer was incredibly informative—they took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident about maintaining our pool. I would highly recommend Premier Pools to any... read more
