I usually only rate products and not any services because services can be more inconsistent based on who may be in charge. However, WOW! I am very impressed with Premier Roofing and specifically their employee Ben. Extremely disappointed with this company's disregard for basic respect. Ignoring multiple “No Soliciting” signs isn’t just unprofessional … it's intrusive and shows a clear lack of integrity. Offing free roof inspections is still soliciting, and using that as an excuses to purposefully and admittedly ignore clearly posted request is unacceptable. A company that disregards boundaries like this shouldn’t be trusted to work on your home. Do better.
Andrew Jin was Amazing!! He explained everything to us from the beginning to the end, even when we had question about insurance he was able to help understand what everything meant! He has been very thorough in every aspect!! Never did i feel he was just trying to make money off of us!! Thank you Andrew for taking good care of us!!
