Got stopped at Lowes by a kind young person and they offered a gift card in exchange for a water test and drawing so I said yes! Khari was my representative she was great! I'm actually very interested in the whole house system I need it for my home but I'm moving out of Texas if that wasn't the case I'd be a sold! Both my sister and mother have a system in Vegas

Stay far far away from this company they are a scam and are charging way more for inferior products I went with a under sink reverse osmosis system through them to be told after I cancelled part of my initial purchase as they seemed shady that it would be $1500 for just the under sink system which the AORO-100 this thing sells for $149.99 and when I brought up the one I could buy from Lowe’s before for $249.99 I was told the one they installed you cannot buy in store well that’s because it’s an old model a quick search using... read more

Currently Lowe’s has removed all AO Smith products off their shelves and currently you cannot buy their products at the stores. Previously you would’ve been able to, but the AO Smith product our dealer offers and what Lowe’s use to offer are different. First, ours is manufactured in the United States of America vs the store-shelf-systems are manufactured in China and overseas.
