This is an absolutely terrific, first rate company.They were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, respectful of the property, and did an outstanding job on my historic roof. Their charges were reasonable and they did the work in the time they estimated, in fact even a few days less.I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend them.
The only company I will use for my roof! Honest, trustworthy, professional and exceptional service. I had an inspection conducted in 2019 by the owner. He advised my roof was still in good condition but required a few repairs. I received a detailed report with photos of the areas in need of repair. I have used this company in the past and used it to replace half *******. No problems or concerns. Good work.
New shingle roof was completed without delay or unexpected incidents. Old shingles were removed and wood planks that were dry rot and needed to be replaced were identified by the project manager to the homeowner. It was a multi-day job and I was as impressed that at the end of the workday the roofers cleaned up before leaving the job sight everyday. Premium Roof Services became the only roofing contractor I will use when in 2011 they fixed a leak that 3 other roofing companies failed to fix. The original installer had gone out of business. The next time Premium did repairs to my roof, they recommended a pvc material on the flat roof of my sunroom. They said it would be much cooler than the shingles. They were right.
