My daughter needed a root canal after a traumatizing event at a local park. Dr. Reynolds was very gentle and attuned to my daughters feelings. Great staff and great experience!

"I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal, but the billing experience has been a nightmare. I was given an initial estimate and paid my portion immediately. Later, I was sent an additional bill for over $400. When I asked for a detailed invoice, 'Kathy,' the office manager, was extremely unhelpful and told me to talk to my insurance instead of explaining their own charges. RecommendedThe staff was Friendly and there technology is up to date. Dr Pettit did a root canal and I had a positive experience .
Made an appointment for consultation and provided insurance information. Went appointment and paid $100 fee. Next day I received estimate for root canal via email $1475-1675?!?! I WAS NEVER told that they were considered out of network with my dental insurance. It doesn’t really matter how and nice and “caring” they are if they can’t be honest. So disappointed...
