Jen wasn't there to do talk British, but Bryant attempted to step in and fill the void. First name basis everytime I go. The dental assistant gives a nod to me in the waiting room like "yo Dustin, wassup?" Can't get more personable than that. Fun as always.
Dr. Nguyen and his staff are always friendly and are very thorough in explaining details of treatment and what to expect after treatment. I appreciate knowing that I can count on an efficient and professional experience regardless of whether I am there for routine or emergency reasons.
Y'all are alway so sweet to me and make me feel 100% comfortable. Plus y'all are understanding when it comes to moving appointments or any crazy questions I have! I really appreciate everything you guys do to help me.

I never thought that having two teeth pulled could be so quick and painless! Dr. N is a master at injecting novacaine. I didn't feel a thing. It is now 24 hours later and aside from not eating everything I would like, I still have no pain!!
