So far your subs have put the wrong tile in one room and put the wrong grout in 3 locations ! The offer to fix is to stain the grout or dremel, no thank you. You have the the product in stock pull it out and do it right not the cheap way! Our color sheets were correct no one cared to read it. The supervisor literally said he “doesn’t have time to babysit his jobs!” Not a great way to start when you haven’t even opened?!
