same size and cheaper than public storage closer to my house and cheaper for same size unit. staff is very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed pricing special and quick response Location is atop a hill, however secluded enough and seems safe. Customer service was great, very helpful. Seemed a little busy when I went circa 6 pm, had to walk to other building to obtain cart, otherwise all is well.
AMAZING customer service Crystal and her team have excellent customer service skills. From the minute I walked in to the office I was treated like a first class client. The storage unit is so secure and clean. I have nothing but great things to say about this storage company. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Good facility Good availability of loading carts
Quick and easy process Great pricing and helpful staff but over-use of codes for access. There is a minimum of 3 separate instances you must enter your access code per visit. This increases if you make more than one trip from the car to your locker. Parking is inconvenient at best and causes many backups because of immobility and lane blockage.
