efficient and clean Customer service professional and friendly, process of renting and moving in was easy, access to the unit was unimpeded and well-lit throughout, large elevators, safety measures were excellent, locks available for sale at the front counter, free carts available for moving heavy items. My only suggestion would be to provide a map of the building corridors to so that finding the unit on my own would be simpler. I don't remember things as easily as I used to.

Nice, clean, but extra fee's Unit is nice and I have easy access. I have a gripe about the extra $15 per month for insurance that was unexpected.
Easy, considerate, and clean After a terrible experience with a different storage unit company, this was a breath of fresh air! Everything was easy, straightforward, clean, with no complications whatsoever! Definitely would recommend to a friend :D
