Austin and his staff were truly amazing. Our very first lender we ever had on our first home purchase left us with a sour taste after we constantly felt like we had been mislead time and time again. But NOT Austin! I can not tell you how many times I would send an email after hours and he answered me immediately (although I didínt expect this -it was blessing).
