For the most part the service was good but you have to keep an eye on your own finances because I caught 2 mistakes of money owed to me.

The process was very long. The information needed was asked for repeatedly. Some of the information we needed was not available easily. The company had no ability to help us gain access to certain documents. The miscommunication between the agent and ourselves nearly ended the sale.

Overall, the company offers a user friendly online experience with digital capability. However, we were misinformed in fees, costs, and locking in an APR. This miscommunication costs us a lot of money and could have been easily prevented with just a little clarification, or a simple question such as "do you want to lock in at that rate?".
