Everything was great with Glen was very prompt when we asked questions. If I did have to make a complaint it would not be with him but at settlement the title person did not show up. Had meeting at 5:45 she didn't show up for. We called around 6:15 and was told she was 45 min out and could she meet us at our house at 7pm. So what if we had not called? Got to house at 7:25. Did not introduce herself, nothing. She was nice but coming from a professional job that is not acceptable.
