Everything was pretty dang simple. Having a seamless integration online to e sign and review docs as I needed was so convenient. The communication between lenders and myself was so so good. They were able to explain everything so that I understood it as well as help walk me through anything that came up along the way such as needing an extra document last minute, getting insurance things corrected or when closing was pushed back.
