I closed my first 203k With PRMI!!! lol The only think that we had a problem with was we never knew fore sure what was going on with the file. I think it would be good to keep the processor from each office more in the loop as to what was all going on with file. A good example is we are closing tomorrow morning at 10:00AM and we have not heard anything if it's still closing. Both Realtor sides of this transaction have called me and not sure what to tell them. Everything else went smooth.
