Jimís team was very busy with a lot of refinances, so I was completely fine with waiting and did not mind the time frame of the process. I was a bit frustrated on people asking me to do certain things for my married name change and then asking me to change my name back to my maiden name the day before settlement. All of the documents ended up being put in my maiden name. It wasnít an ideal situation, but I understand things happen. Other than that, I love Apex.
