Continuous errors in paperwork, didn’t receive the final closing paperwork until the night before closing and even then it still had errors. Final amount due at closing kept changing (even on closing day)!! Poor communication in regards the closing as to how it was to be done. Responsibility fell on the us buyer to receive, review, notarize, and send back papers in less the a 5 hour turn around time due to all the errors and miscommunication. Very stressful and completely unacceptable.

With switching personal from one company to the other we had so send paperwork to numerous people. It seemed no one had a good handle on the issue. This took longer for the processing and was uncomfortable for us.

Going through the mortgage process is never fun. At no fault of his, there was a lot of documents that was requested, sometimes more than once due to the length of time it had been (bank statements). We didn't realize the process typically takes 45 days and we didn't have they long so that perhaps could have been discussed before so that we were finding out that we were approved just days before our closing date

I was asked to provide information at several points. It was frustrating to receive a list of information needed, provide it all, only to get a response with more items needed. This happened several times. I would have preferred to get a more complete list initially. I realize that add-on requests are unavoidable to some extent but I think they could have been lessened with better organization in this case.
