Estimation in time to close, took much longer than expected. on few ocassions, challenges in relaying info. Numerous times errors by staff and had to be corrected. Towards the end of closure, delays and unnecessary anxiety due to lack of clear coordination. Joyce personally was great, explained all details, was forthcoming and very helpful and with a cheerful personality. on few ocassions, my queries were not responded on time causing anxiety for me.
