It would have been nice to have some sort of range for the origination fees on the estimate. I understand it can differ, but having no idea (it wasn't listed on the estimate at all) made it a total shot in the dark-- we expected it to be big, but it was SO different from the estimate that changes had to be made.

Took much too long due to issues out of our control and covid delays. Because of this I would have liked to have revisited monies owed because after closing the amounts are a lot different so tying up extra monies.

We never even heard from Ken through the whole process, with the exception of one email. If it had not been for Mary OíDonnell inserting herself into the process I am not too sure if this would have happened at the scheduled time or with the attention to detail. Mary kept us in the loop and pushed to get things done for us despite this not being her loan.

Kenneth was very arrogant and probably the least professional mortgage person I have ever dealt with. When questioning fees to be given a response of ì it is what it isî still doesnt sit well at all. I dont feel he is trust worthy or actually gives a honest representation. When I was told I wasnt going to pay pmi actually I just paid it all up front. There isnt anything about my experience with Ken that I would ever recommend him. The day of closing I wasnt even given copies of papers.

I didnt appreciate the appraiser asking me all about the semantics of my refi and mock me for having cats. Yes he is independent but he also represents your company. Did not appreciate the underwriter never calling back nor them or sales knowing what the other was doing. We had to reapply in underwriting which Ken said was a waste of time which I believe was when he told me my husband was a shady car salesman. Very inappropriate especially after all his timetables were wrong
