I am not pleased at all with Primary Residential Mortgage. Kofi started off great and he did in the end get it done, but there was a lot of miscommunication that has cost me in the end. I went to closing in April and I was told multiple times to reach out to the company that my mortgage was transferred to, to see when my first payment was due. I was told June, however my first payment was due in May to PRM. Yes, I sat at the closing table and signed multiple documents but I did not receive any of them. I even paid them the M... read more
