Loan was very thorough and I really liked that she insisted on going through underwriting before we started looking for a house. The process is very stressful, so it helped knowing we were really pre-approved and not just pre-qualified. She also listened to our concerns and answered them in a timely manner. I would be willing to go through this process with her again in the future, should we ever need to.
