Marenda was very helpful though the whole loan process. When she emailed me she also messaged my realtor, ensuring that I got the email in a timely manor. Her communication helped me to be able to help my wife with the wedding and get the documents that were needed for the loan process. Communication started around Sept. 20th, married my wife on Sept 28th, & House Closing was November 12th.

Marenda and I started this journey a few months ago. I had a couple of setbacks but Marenda stuck with me the whole way. She could have given up on me but she didn't and for that I am grateful. If any of you need a Lender I highly recommend her. She loves God and I know He loves her. She depends on him and He delivers. My family and I love my house.
