As a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect, Maritza was great and talked me through every step and from my understanding it takes a while to get to closing and we had some delays for home repairs prior to buying and still had it all ready to go 30 days after we put in the offer. Maritza was very professional with me and my wife. She always kept us informed of what was going on with our loan process and communicated with us throughout the entire time. From loan application to closing she was very involved. She has a spirit of excellence when it comes to her job and work ethic.

Maritza, was so nice and professional. We had heard really scary stories of family and friends when they were going through the mortgage process.
