Mark and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our refinance process go smoothly. We’ve mainly been in contact with his colleague Candace and she’s been nothing but amazing! She kept us in the loop and let us know what we need to do on our part to get the refinance done. She either call/email back as soon as she gets an email from me. Mark and her made the whole process so painless for us and pushed thru when we encounter some bumps in the road. For that, we are grateful!
