The whole process lacked organization, timely communication, financial document forecasting and transparency. Unfortunately, Mary has a tendency to express how well she is doing as opposed to actually providing exceptional customer service. She was never in close communication with our realtor who became frustrated on numerous occasions. She kept blaming our ëjumbo loaní process as opposed to self identifying her deficiencies. I will never advocate or refer Mary to anyone.

It's not everyday you apply for a mortgage, but when you do, don't go here. We were treated with condescending talk, fabricated stories and underwriters from hell. Should you get their number, run don't walk to find someone who will want to earn your business and treat you like a person.

If I was able to speak with Mary when I called, I know that she is busy, but I was told that "I was not her only client" when she responded to an email that I had a question on. Her other response was "what do you want NOW?". I have never been treated so poorly or had fabricated stories given to me, when applying for mortgage, underwriters who were untouchable, as if they were Gods. Nothing with this experience was worth remembering, other than I will NEVER recommend this company or Mary ever

poor communication between the florida office and the cranston office , which led to duplicate information being requested from both offices. very frustrating and a waste of time.
