The biggest issue that I had was that I expected, as a first time home buyer, to be helped along the way. It seemed that the team wasn't prepared to move things along without a realtor involved to do the coordination. While I don't necessarily fault them for this, I, as a first time buyer, was completely unprepared for the issues that arose during the process. It seemed that we were constantly playing catch up instead of being out ahead of things.

It was a great experience, everyone mentions how painful getting a loan can be. I guess those people didn't work with Steve and PRMI.
