Great product, easy assembly and very helpful sale people! And not to mention a great price!
My experience with this company is nothing but awesome! I priced around with the big box stores and Prime Cabinetry always came back cheaper and better quality. The customer service was amazing and truthfully, I couldn’t say anything about if I wanted to. The cabinets themselves worked perfectly and were so easy to assemble my 13-year-old son assembled some while I assembled some. Bought cabinets for kitchen and they are beautiful
I cannot stress enough that I do not recommend prime cabinetry. I ordered cabinets to remodel a kitchen. Their shipping was extremely fast, which would normally be a good thing but when they say 7-10 days and the entire order arrives in 3 days it causes a lot of replanning. The boxes we received seemed to be packed well with little damage to the outside. Once opening we say that About half of the cabinets ordered were damaged. I have been patient. For the first approximately 7 days after I ordered the samples or longer I don't receive the samples. I then called , one sample out of stock so they didn't ship to order. they didn't call email, nothing. then I uploaded a picture of how I wanted to lay out. They did something different. that took extra time. time they corrected it and it looked exactly how I wanted. so I was told to order right away so I don't Risk out of stock. It's a popular item. BEWARE & DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! There are so many other similar companies out there, trust me when I say you should explore the other options. We placed a big order for our kitchen, out of 17 cabinets 15 came damaged (and this is when I’m only calling out damages to the face of them). Took over a week to process a claim, not to mention the amount of time it will require of you to document damages and price you weren’t careless but rather it’s just a poor quality product. I would not recommend.. had a damage issue and yes it was past their claim timeframe.. but was on the inside of door where we couldn't see it.. said we could check back in weeks lol?? like huh or use a touch up kit? on a brand new over 4k kitchen... BUYERS BEWARE

call back if you say you will. customer service would be good. UPDATE: got my cabinets, just finished assembling them and they are so beautiful and so well made. Glad it worked out in the end. Now I need to find out how to change my "don't recommend" to "recommend"....
Still waiting for my cabinets Jan 9th I ordered. I respect if there are issues but charging me and still no cabinets for a month and still dont know when they are coming. Very stressed and Getting very upset.
