Quick and Easy Process - Great Customer Service Quick and easy process to obtain a unit. Crystal was terrific and reached out almost immediately upon my booking the unit, providing all details needed to access successfully. The only challenge is the actual sliding lock on the unit. It's hard to open / shut unless you line it up perfectly. It's taken a few tries, but not a barrier.
Manager was very helpful Unit was very clean. Need to have some kind of ramp to get motorcycle in units.

Perfect Size Just needed a space very fast to store a couch that I won't have room for for a few months. I was able to book the day before I needed it and the process was so quick and easy. Customer service was great and the space was nice and clean.
Great storage in Albany Very convenient storage. Happy with the cleanliness/upkeep and staff. Always receive help when it is needed!
Good facility Good facility,did not give it 5 star simple because pricing was a little different once i went into the office.
