A shout out to the local Prime Storage in Colorado Springs! Jo and Tristan have been great to work with. They are very transparent and helpful. Checking in to our units has been a breeze! It's especially nice to have access until 10:00 pm Thank you Prime!
great location! The staff at this Prime location is kind, quick-thinking and professional. Had a great experience using their services. Tristan, in the office went far & beyond to serve our family. Will definitely be renting here again.
Jo was an excellent help and provided a welcoming experience. This facility was just out of our price range, but she offered plenty of assistance and transparency, and was funny and a delight. Hopefully we can come back when things aren't so tight.
Went in to check out the offerings here. The property is so nice and well maintained. I feel comfortable that this would be a place to safely store my belongings. I would be a fool if I didn't mention how nice Tristan in the front office is! As a manager I wish there were more of her in this world, I'd hire her every time! Five stars!!
Great experience renting out a small sized storage unit. Tristen was super nice and very helpful during the entire rental process. She even laughed at my husband's silly jokes 😃. The unit is clean and close to the entrance...overall, we are extremely pleased with Prime Storage thus far.
