Outstanding facility, convenient location near downtown Saratoga Springs Cesar and other personnel could not have given better service, simply outstanding, The facility itself is spotless/clean, secure, fireproof steel/concrete construction, climate-controlled environment, could not be improved.
Staff are friendly, helpful and the facility is spotless. Best storage facility I have ever used. My previous unit was not climate controlled, smallest available, and twice as expensive for similar space. I will use Prime Storage always!

Great place for storage needs Iâve been using this storage place since last summer. Never had any issues. Place is very clean. Units are a great size
Caesar is great! Caesar is a great employee! Very accommodating and friendly. Fun to talk to also. The price is ok for my unit, if it was a bit cheaper, then I would consider upgrading to a bit bigger of a unit.
No complaints Clean, friendly staff, no complaints. I canât speak on the price as I havenât done a lot of âshopping aroundâ but it didnât seem outrageous.
