Friendly and accommodating staff We have been tenants since Shepherd (Prime's predecessor) first opened and have had no real problems. Our trailers have been parked outside and, when we were placed next to a very long trailer and could not get out, the employees changed our site so we could maneuver better. We have parked in wrong spots when there was snow on the ground and the customer service woman would call and nicely ask us to move when convenient. Pricing a little high comparable with like facilities within 100 miles I stay with your physicality because of the pleasure a personal service I received over the years

Very clean, staff knowledgeable, and professional !! Kelly helped and gave great ideas. The inside loading area is clean and so nice on a rainy/snowy northeastern Ohio day. It is clean, quiet, and well staffed. All are so knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied and happy with the facility!!!!
