Easy move in; great customer service leased this unit online and moved in; super easy and convenient
My overall review It was a good experience mostly there was a little bit of trash left from previous renter. Other then that it was good. The only thing I didn't like was it was good. The only thing I didn't like was it heated and 24 hours but it didn't mention when I got it was that i would have to pay extra $30 & $35 for each of them.

Very friendly customer service They were very helpful and understanding during my stressful time of moving. They helped me figure out the right size of storage unit I needed when I picked out the wrong size, I really appreciated their patience with me as well!
The Online Software is essentially for the community to understand. Quick and easy. It was an in and out process.
So far so good totally happy Alexis was awesome very polite, there's been nothing bad and I love the size of the storage unit.
