Very well-kept, convenient storage facility. Since I rented my space 13 years ago, I have always been confident my belongings are safe and being kept in a clean fresh- air environment. The staff has always been helpful and responsive when I need them. I highly recommend Prime Storage - Hyde Park.

Good service Very friendly customer service. Felt a little pressured with the reservations. Originally the website said to reserve and hold a spot without any payment commitment but when I did that I got a call less then 24 hours asking for payment to reserve the spot. We were caught off hand with the closures of the school due to COVID19 and I wasn't sure when I could get a flight and get my car in storage. I just felt a little pressure. Overall the service was great.
