Perfect and well built! Better than any others around I am absolutely satisfied with all aspects of this company. The reservation process was so simple and just right. Checking in on moving day was so fast. The employees are so polite and friendly. Very professional. The unit is the cleanest and most well built around here. Iâve had a few different ones over the years and Iâll never go anywhere other than here again!!

very nice women at desk Clean, easy to navigate, affordable, helpful workers
Storage Unit The unit was dirty when I got there so I had to clean it out and the entrance was a bit deceiving so to make sure I was at the right place I went into the office to ask. Both of the ladies were a bit snarky and did not give a great first impression. I was simply being nice and trying to confirm where the gate was and the one was just rude.

In an out Was hard to get into. GPS sent us down wrong street. And a totally different storage lot
No problems Very helpful and staff is friendly. In the process of having some repairs done on my door at the unit that I have. Was supposed to be fixed when it was Rays so hopefully my unit will be repaired promptly and will be able to get into my unit. Thanks Prime for your fast response.
