Awesome winter storage for our RV We have a small driveway and no garage, so having this storage for our RV for the winter months has been wonderful. The office staff was informative, thorough, and professional in all our interactions with them. We have used this storage for several years and hope to continue in the future. Prime Storage is a great place!
Convenience I have found that any questions or concerns I may have are taken care of promptly I do like the fact that the facility is clean and well maintained Cost for the units have not increased that much and are only due to electricity or heating costs rising as a whole as I have climate controlled units I would recommend prime storage as an option for any one looking for a storage unit...
Great except for spontaneous rate increases Rarely go on there. Staff has always been fantastic and always clean and feels safe. Less than one year in and they already raised my rates.. and they go up occasionally not just a small hike annually which would be my only cause to leave.
Clean and friendly clean well kept and helpful staff
Clean, well lit and accessible I store items here mainly because it is climate controlled in addition to good location, cleanliness. The price goes up every year which Iâm unhappy about and 3 times Iâve been unable to access/ unlock the door closest to my unit due to someone leaving the switch in the wrong position. That was aggravating.
