Horrible service and experience. Horrible service and experience.My unit was broken into and no one responded to my endless calls. The gates didnt work for weeks, there was no exterminator (all of my belongings had mouse droppings and anything that could be chewed was runed).
Itâs cool but the reason I got my unit is gone now I originally went if my unit because it was located indoors AND included the dehumidifier for the space. They really did help keep moisture out the air which is what I needed. When Prime took over they removed them but didnât adjust the price accordingly. I might as well switch units to save cost.
