This is the worst place I have ever been to give my business. I have been here since before the new management. The elevators is and was always broken. They were shut down for Christmas eve Christmas and the manager came 3 hours late on the 26th.. I guess he had a long night. You complain about things and they take it lightly. Please BEWARE of the location in North Miami, Our unit plus multiple others were robbed on Dec 7th and Dec 14, 2024 and we were not informed by Managment. Units that were broken into are still open today Dec 21, locks broken, the roof of our unit remains unrepaired. This is the worst Storage facility I have EVER done business with. Do not place anything in the unit that you care about. I will be filing suit for their inabililty to run a business built on protecting your personal posessions. The only reason I give a 2 stars is because the young man at the front desk is being honest and his manager is not. I won a storage locker with prime In Summerville SC and I held up what I was supposed to do in the time frame. We'll I got a call from the manager Jade and was told the the locker was sold to early if their was any way I could bring because what I had and they would but it back from . We'll I thought about it and I did bring back what I had and was told I would recive a check in the mail In 1 to 3 business days... read more

They use bait and switch Horrible business practice i specifically ask about rate increase and was told that they will remain the same and on my second month they doubled when call to inquire about the charges I was told this was normal

General manager Mike G**** of the Berlin, NJ location is uneducated and unprofessional. He does not know how to manage time or customers. Felt it was okay to take money from someone who moved out and ignored the contact made by the customer to get it corrected. When I went to the store front, he spoke to me in the most inappropriate ways. After contacting their corporate message board from their website, I never received a response. This place moved me out without a warning took money that I did not owe and nobody is ever at the centerville location it took me over a week to find out if my belongings were still in the unit after they locked me out I’m still waiting for a refund I’m moving my things out of this storage place asap I don’t recommend Prime Storage

We just moved here to the surfside area. My vehicle sustained a flat at the Restaurant in front of this storage facility. I slow rolled my vehicle out of a prime parking spot for dining guest, to the back of the restaurant. While waiting on AAA to arrive a bearded tow truck guard dog arrived stating that he patrols this lot, and the storage facility has been cracking down on parked cars in this lot. I have rented at the Stuart, FL location for 15 years. I pay by the year. This is suppose to be a secure rental facility. One or both gates are often open to anyone. They say that they malfunction due to rain. I rent an air conditioned unit #805. The temp in this unit for the past 5 weeks has been 89+ degrees. I have reported this the office at the location twice. I have called the 800 number on the door twice. The last time I was told that they would report this information to the district manager. 1 star is too much for this miserable compant! I cannot wait to get my (and family's) stuff out of this place in Grafton! "Increase! Increase! Increase!" that's all they know.... Just got yet ANOTHER notice today! ??
