The entire interaction with the office manager, Dave, was very pleasant. Upon entering the office, I was greeted with a very pleasant voice. Dave was both professional and friendly, explaining the rules and requirements thoroughly in a clear manner. After completing the paperwork, he showed me the unit I was going to rent, pointing out items like carts and other amenities available for renters. Easy in and out process but I only moved my things because Prime almost doubled in price on my unit after being there for only 4 months. I went from being charged $71 to being billed $130. That was a no go for me so we moved out. Units are clean though. When checking in and out, the bald man never gave eye contact or a smile. Definitely didn’t get an inviting feel.
While the people are helpful, the communication is horrible. I switched units and moved my approved lock to said unit. While closing and opening a new unit meant I received around 10 emails within 3 days about leaving a review. Mixed within those 10 emails was an automated response claiming my lock was inappropriate and I had 72 hours to handle it. Prime Storage in Lexington, KY was a great experience. Both Larry & Brandon were extremely helpful in helping me figure out my storage situation. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again.
It's a nice storage, but I ordered mine on line for $36 & I was being charged $48 & was sent a message saying my bill was going up to I believe $70 - $70 some dollars. It wasnt supposed to go up because I ordered ot online.
