The storage staff was friendly and cooperative. The unit was clean and they provided carts which was very helpful with loading and unloading.

Today started not so great as the previous company that operated our storage unit turned it over to Prime Storage with none of our info. So the new lock on our unit was a shock. Luckily, the office people at Prime quickly resolved the problem. The phone operator called the area manager before hours to get the ball rolling quickly too.

I have written to CubeSmart about this multiple times. $217 per month for 5x10 is highway robbery. Also, the price increased about $50 per month after a few months. This unit may be technically climate controlled, but only due to the fact that it is indoors. I have a larger unit which I also rented from CubeSmart in another state. It is $45 per month, genuinely climate controlled (never hot or cold), and is clean! If I had known I would need a unit this long, would have gone ANYWHERE else.
