Great Staff The staff at that facility is great they have great customer service skills. I love this place the prices are a little high but I love this place
Clean, convenient,very good customer service! Booked a 10x5 unit through a phone call. Reservation is free. Customer support at the facility was outstanding. This place is very clean. The carts to move my stuff from the van to the storage spot were temporary in short supply. A lil in all a pleasant experience that reduced the stress of hauling stuff around.
Clean, new facility.. Nice place, don't love the netting connecting the units together not sure if they are all like this or not.
Clerk was very inattentive. Didn't walk me to my locker, had to search for it. Didn't give me any instructions for the lift, and the door on the lift sticks and I needed to yank on it to open it.
