Customer-centric staff and smooth booking I just placed my tent trailer in an uncovered parking spot at the Vista facility. Fernando was very helpful by walking me through the check-in process and he was very flexible by allowing me to switch spots to make it easier for me to swing my trailer into position. One improvement I would make is to place a call box at the exit gate. That way, if the computer doesn't take my code and it says "contact manager" then I have some way of contacting them from there instead of hoping they ... read more
It was a great experience finding a unit. The staff member first showed me the unit then proceeded with the paper work. He also informed me about the student discount that is not mentioned on the website!! Overall a great deal!!
Have only been there for 14 days and the one time I needed to get in to pull my RV out, the gates were broken. Was unable to reach anyone via telephone to assist. Had to reschedule my day around the gate. The facility then left the gate wide open for at least two days until they got it fixed. So much for security? Not impressed. Searching for an alternative.
