Easy process Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean units easy access to it for being on the second floor. There is a drive up ramp so it's so you don't even have to use an elevator or stairs and they have push carts ready available.

Rented a 10 X 10 at a very reasonable price! Customer service desk (Amy) made the paperwork process very simple. She showed us our potential unit as well as other sizes to see which would fit our needs best. When we put things in storage, we had good access to the unit and were able to fit in more than we thought we would be able to.
