I love taking my 11 year old to get the Tween package with an added hot tool. The problem is that this time we were charged for an adult even though her stylist knew she was 11. So, I had to go back to get our money back. Then we got charged twice for the adult package and I am hoping it got straightened out finally. The girls at the front desk couldn’t void the sale because the stylist was busy and she would have to do that. My child however, feels amazing. We were happy with her hair.
