The stylist refused to do the scalp massage. Was rough and burning my head with the blow dryer- didn't use any product or curl after blowing out with brush. Would never return to this stylist or location.
The staff was not very pleasant. When we called to book they booked incorrectly. I was in town visiting and me and my girlfriend had planned to do this together and when we arrived to our appointment it was booked at the wrong location. This was due to the Groupon app that pulled up the info. So they couldn't get us both in at that location so only I did it since I was leaving town. Just overall not a good experience.
Stylist blew through my appointment and didn't really care about what I wanted. She was too busy trying to make plans with one of the other stylists and ended up finishing in 20 minutes when the appointment was supposed to be 45 minutes. I will not be coming back to this location.
My groupon expired on 11/25 I came in on 11/25 When I went to pay the front desk girl wouldn't even look at my groupon, she told me to read the fine print, You can't use that today I said, then what can I do with it, she said, I don't know call Groupon I really liked this location, but if they won't take the groupon, what's th point
My 5 minute scalp massage was more like 2 min Very disappointing I think a timer should be used to not only help the stylist track time but to also give the customer some satisfaction of knowing she got the full amount of time Other than that it was a decent experiencenice facility
Make sure they do your scalp massage for the entire timemy girl rubbed my head for about 60 secyet a 5min scalp massage was part of my package I purchased :/
