Perfect performance ...again! This is the second time I have used them. Yes, they may be more expensive than their competitors, but they are WORTH EVERY PENNY. Done on time, clean up was perfect...can't say enough positive about them!

From start to finish PWHI was top notch. I loved how they communicated with us from the first call to project end and then follow up after. Their responsiveness was so refreshing and we never felt like they left us hanging on anything we inquired about. The project crew onsite worked quite efficiently and were very tidy and respectful. The job was actually done earlier than expected and the quality of work was outstanding. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Hats off and great job to Curtis Saxton, a PWHI design consultant who spent the entire day (7+hrs) with us as we hammered out various details of our project. We’ve been searching for a viable contractor to finish our rather complicated deck project. (prior contractor walked). Curtiss listened to us and reached back to his GM on various aspects to make sure PWHI could tackle our needs. Prince William Home Improvement built a patio at our house and the whole experience was truly wonderful. I first had contact with the company when t in our a sales professional was in our neighborhood going door to door to describe the services they offer. My husband and I were interested in getting a patio done and an appointment was quickly scheduled for someone to come take a look at our yard and discuss patio options. The ENTIRE process is coordinated and very organized! There were many stages in building our deck and I chose Prince William Home Improvement knowing this because I wanted a seamless process from start to finish. They delivered! When it was time to dig, it literally took 7 days to build a partial Trex double deck….very fast! In addition, the warranty is incredible! Highly recommend, they are all about consistency, quality and customer service!
