I spoke with several deck companies, but none of them could acquire the permits I needed for a flood zone area. When I contacted Prince William Home Improvement, Jeff Seidel came out and took measurements and drew a beautiful design right on the spot. He assured me he would work with the county to get approval for the permits, and I would not need to worry about anything.
