Everything went well. From the start of the project, in the design and planning process, to keeping me updated on the status of the project, I liked that. Then, the completion of the project met my satisfaction.
I believe quality control should have been better, as a professional in my field we QC everything that leaves our shop. No matter how minor you might think it is, it can be something a customer might see as a big deal. If I have an issue with something, I expect it to be taken care of not hearing an excuse why something is not right.
