PWHI built a deck assessable from our back door. I liked that they spelled out exactly what they were going to do and when it would be done, and that they gave us a payment plan. They submitted the plans to our HOA, and provided any paperwork that they needed. PWHI communicated with us every step of the way. They were actually able to begin and complete the work about 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
