We have used PWHI in the past and was very satisfied. This is why we elected to use them again on our decking and patio needs.
Customer Service was outstanding! Staff follow through each step of the projects. PWHI completed the project within the expected schedule dates. The team members were very responsive. Great quality of materials and impressive look to the finished project is Amazing!
They were speedy to get things done well but they still have some things out on the curb that they haven't picked up yet. It's been 7 days and there are still some materials left over. Also, they haven't been back to put in the screws when the gentleman came around to reinspect it. Other than that, everything went well.
