I brought my 6 yr old to have his cavities filled and a cap on one if his back teeth. i asked the nurse before him going back what they used to fill the teeth, made sure it wasn't the silver fillings she reassured me they dont do that but his cap would be silver. I was able to stay with him while the put him to sleep and to the waiting room right after. An hour later my boy woke up they called us back. I took one look in my son's mouth and was mortified. I wait 3 months for an appointment I'm 6min yes 6 min late and they refuse to see me. Wow they must have all the money they need sending away paying clients! NEVER AGAIN

I really like the Dr but I think its horrible how they over book and you end up 2 or even 3 hours passed your scheduled appointment. Its ridiculous because when you have your appointment scheduled 6 months ahead you should not have to wait that long. They feed you the same line everytime saying they are behind and we are sorry blah blah. Its called quit over booking. I think when a family of 3 kids come in they count them as one appointment when its actually 3.

front office people were amazing. The Dr. well let's just say not so much. They speak to parent's in such a way I do not know why they do not pick up there children and leave the are alot of amazing dental clinic who take all insurance's . So just because you have Medcicaid does not give them they wright to do what they want to children....Why these poor people think they have no say. You Do have a say, so say NO. You cant just do what you want to my child teeth. Then after go ..Oh it had to be done. I Think Not....
