The wait for being seen was over an hour and a half with an appointment time. Left me waiting almost another hour in the exam room. Not efficient.

Do not waste your time coming here, just go to the ER or wait for your regular dr to have an appointment. I waited 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen. When you have to wait this long, you’re either terrible at your job or your appointment system is broken, in the case of this office, likely both. The front desk staff had an attitude with me and everyone else who came in there. Even though their sign out front says “walk ins welcome” they turned away anyone who did not have an appointment. I called and asked if they did DOT physicals. I was told they did. I made an appointment for 40 minutes later. I only live 1.2 miles from there. I arrived 16 minutes early. After filling out paperwork I waited over an hour even though I never saw any patients before me. Then I was called to the desk and told that the provider doesn’t do DOT physicals.
