Felt like it was a rushed visit, even tho I was the pt there. Didn’t feel heard and understood by the staff and feel like I was misdiagnosed. My eye, vision and the pain I am feel are very important and to be made feel like it wasn’t, was such a disappointment especially for a Prisma facility. I expected the best.
